This article explains how to email your stakeholders and optionally, email only your shareholders.
With Capdesk, you can reach out to your stakeholders via the pages 'News' and 'Email Stakeholders' under the 'Investor Relations' tab in the left-hand menu, seen below.

If we go to the "Email Stakeholders" page (you will see the above), you can see previous emails sent and choose to send a new email.
Pressing the green 'Create New Email' button will bring you to the page below.
Here you can write an email with a subject and attach photos if required, pressing the green 'Send email' button below to finish.
It is important to note that this will be sent to all stakeholders.
If you wish to only send an email to your shareholders, please tick the checkbox 'Only send to shareholders':
