If you have a question about the data on Capdesk with the company you have investments in, you may need to contact the company directly. This article explains where to find their contact information.
You can find a contact email for the company that has registered your shares by first logging on to Capdesk-> find the company in your portfolio-> click the name of the company to be brought to their company account.
Clicking the name of the company (highlight with a red box in the picture above) will bring you to the company account. If the name is greyed out, it means you do not have access to the company account.
It should bring you to the company dashboard by default, if not please select the name of the company from the top of the menu ion the left-hand side (highlight with a red box in the picture below:
Then click on the "Contact" button:
A pull-out window will appear from the right-hand side of the screen, the will list the following information:
- Contact email
- Company website
- Registration number
- Social media profiles (optional)
