Features available once you are live

Capdesk supports a number of features which you can use after going live and are not accessible whilst you are in draft. This support article outlines the features that are available after going live.

In Capdesk your transactions can be published or in drafts for more information about the difference between draft and published please follow this link. You will only be able to publish an issuance once you are live.

Once you've gone live, there are a range of features we support:

1) Online Grant Signing

Capdesk allows you to sign grant agreements electronically (using DocuSign). We support this for and more information:

We require you to upload the agreement template on Capdesk and you can execute the grant for signing.

2) Online option exercise

You can exercise your options on Capdesk using Shieldpay if you and your optionholders are based in the UK.

3) Online secondaries 

You can set up a two-party secondary transaction (i.e. share transfer) on Capdesk. Please note that there are some limitations to this feature and you can find out more below.

4) Share Certificate Signing

You can generate and sign share certificates on Capdesk (using DocuSign). You can also upload your own share certificate. You can find out more by following the link below:

5) News

You can write news updates to your shareholders with the latest information that you wish to share with them.

6) Documents Page

You can upload any company documents that you would like your investors to have access to (as well as download).

7) Email stakeholders

You can use Capdesk to email all stakeholders, we will also provide statistics with the amount opened and failed. The support article below provides more information.
