This support article will detail how you can record a transfer with share numbers in Capdesk.
To record a transfer, you will need to record an issuance with share numbers first, please find a support article on how to do this here.
Once you have share issuances with share numbers on Capdesk, to record a transfer you will need to enter the 'Shares' page, click on the green 'Shares' button and select 'Register Offline Share Transfer'.
You then will need to select a seller and a buyer.
After this, you will need to enter the values of the transfer including the shares numbers for the shares which are to be transferred. In the example below, you can see that there is a transfer of two shares from the seller to the buyer.
This means that you have to enter the share numbers for the shares being transferred e.g. two shares are being transferred so you have to state the two share numbers that are being transferred.
When you enter the share numbers, those share numbers will need to owned by the seller.
Once this is done you can click 'Saves as Draft' or 'Publish and Notify Shareholder' to inform the shareholders that the transfer has taken place (if applicable).
