If you have two registered accounts then you are able to merge them on Capdesk so that all of the information is consolidated onto one account.
You may have signed up to Capdesk with two different email logins (e.g. work email address and personal email address).
You can merge the two accounts together so you can see your holdings in one account.
You cannot merge the two accounts if any of the accounts has:
- Signed share certificates
- If you have holdings in the same company under two different emails
For the account you would not like the email to be associated to, you will need to log into this first and click on your personal settings (icon of a person in the top-right corner). Then, click on 'Capdesk Account'.
From here please navigate to the Capdesk account page, you will then need to select the 'Export and Disable Account' button:
When this is successful, you will see the following message:
You can then log in to your correct account and then view your new portfolio page:
