Export and download CS01, SH01, SH02 and SH06 filings
Please note: Capdesk does not submit any filings to Companies House on your behalf. You will need to generate the form, verify and submit to Companies House yourself.
You can use Capdesk to easily generate and download Companies House filings as and when required. We generate the below documentation:
CS01 | A CS01 (Confirmation Statement) will need to be filed by your business once a year. Your deadline is 12 months since the date you filed in your last Confirmation Statement to Companies House. |
SH01 | An SH01, known as 'Allotment of Shares', is a mandatory filing at Companies House when allotting shares. It must be filed within 30 days of the allotment. |
SH02 |
The SH02 (notice of a subdivision or consolidation of shares) is a Companies House filing legally required to be filed following a subdivision or consolidation of shares. |
SH06 |
The SH06 (Notice of cancellation of shares) is a Companies House filing legally required to be filed following cancellation of shares. |
You can generate these reports by navigating to the Companies House tab on the left-hand side and selecting the green 'Generate Filing' button. You will then need to select which report you would like to download from the options available.
A new window will then open where you can select the appropriate date and order the report using the green button.
If your company has not yet gone live, ensure you tick the "Include drafts?" checkbox otherwise the report will be blank.
The report will then be emailed across to you and you can download, amend as necessary and then submit to Companies House.
Once you have submitted to Companies House, you can record it as filed to keep a record of the date which you submitted it. You can do this by clicking on the "..." action button and selecting the 'File' option.
If the filing is rejected by Companies House, you can record it as rejected. You can do this by clicking on the "..." action button and selecting the "Reject" option. You can then export the document again after making the appropriate edits.
