The below features are only available once you have gone live with your Capdesk account and published your data. Read more about the process of going live.

2) Online option exercise
You can allow your optionholders to exercise their options on Capdesk.
Please note we currently only support exercise for UK based companies and their optionholders.
Once the online exercise is enabled you can find out how to undertake online exercise.
Our online exercise feature is still in Beta development so the process may change and develop over time.
3) Online secondaries
You can set up an online two-party secondary transaction (i.e. share transfer) on Capdesk. We also have the capability to run a multiple party secondary. Read an overview of how this feature works.
4) Share Certificate Signing
You can generate and sign share certificates on Capdesk (using DocuSign). Capdesk gives you the option to upload your own share certificate or use a template.
The certificates tab will need to be enabled in the 'Settings and Add-ons' menu prior to attempting the signing of certificates.
An example of a signed share certificate using the standard template is shown below.
5) Email stakeholders
You can use Capdesk to email all company stakeholders. The platform will also provide you with statistics detailing the amount opened and if any failed, allowing you to track stakeholder engagement.
If you need further assistance, you can reach out to us by submitting a support ticket.
