Updating legal details and personalising the company dashboard
You can update company details via 'Legal Details' and 'Company Profile'. These sections can be found under the 'Settings' heading on the left hand side menu.
Within the legal details area you will find all the official details about your company, such as the registered name, company registration number, address, contact details and formation date.
Fields marked with a red asterix are compulsory and must be filled in.
Your company is uniquely identified on Capdesk by your registration number and country of incorporation.
It is important to note that the contact email set here will be the email connected to the 'Contact' button on the 'Company Dashboard' page and will also be noted in any communication from your company to your stakeholders, for example, invitation emails.
To make any changes, update the details, ensuring you select 'Save Company' once complete.
The profile page allows you to personalise your Capdesk company dashboard by adding a cover photo, logo, short description, and social profile links.
The Capdesk company profile is visible in some form to stakeholders in your company. Adding a logo and cover photo can help to enhance the visual experience for your stakeholders.
Once amended, please ensure you select 'Save' to process the changes and update the dashboard.
To view the changes and the company profile, navigate to the 'Company Dashboard' at the top of the left hand side menu where your logo can be found. Within this dashboard you will be able to see the cover photo and company description.
The highlighted contact button is linked to the email address set within 'Legal Details'.
